Haven Studio · Fictional website concept · Generated imagery
Art direction / Website designA considered builder needs a website that gives its work room to speak.
Immersive imagery, clear project stories and a direct enquiry path.
A useful website has a job to do: explain your offer, show the work and make the next step obvious. We design those parts together.
Let’s talk about your websitePut the details where
the work happens.
Customer details, job notes, photos and the next action. Bring the office and the people doing the work into a clearer shared view.
Try it: finish the visit, then hand it to the office.

Agree the work and the cost.
Your proposal covers deliverables, review stages, ongoing fees and support.
Try it before it goes live.
Review the design, test the important tasks and agree the handover.
Before we start.
What determines the cost?
The pages or workflows, content work, integrations, review rounds and testing all affect the scope. We separate the initial build from hosting, usage fees and ongoing support in your proposal.
What do I need to supply?
Bring your existing website or tools, the services you offer, approved brand assets and examples of the work. We agree who prepares the copy, images and business information before starting.
Do I need all three services?
No. Start with the website, app or workflow that matters most. Connections can be included where they are useful and agreed.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
We assess the available integrations, permissions and data before including a connection in your scope. The best starting point may be an improvement to what you already have.
Will this replace my current job-management software?
Only if the agreed replacement workflows and migration have been tested and accepted. We define what must work before you make a change.
Will the app work on a phone?
We design for agreed mobile browsers and devices. Native apps, offline operation and background location features need separate assessment.
What is included in support?
Your proposal sets out hosting, support allowances, maintenance and any separately priced work. You can see the ongoing costs before you commit.
Can I keep my domain and business data?
We define domain control, deliverables, data export and hosting arrangements in the agreement before launch.
What would make
your workday better?
