Website terms
These terms explain the purpose of the Work Command website and its illustrative examples. Updated 27 October 2026.
Provider
Work Command is a business of Walsec Industries Pty Limited, ABN 92 628 299 445. Contact Work Command at hello@workcommand.com.au.
Services and agreed scope
This website introduces websites, business apps, workflow automation and Site Management concepts. A project requires a separate written agreement covering deliverables, integrations, fees, ongoing costs, support, data handling, ownership, export and acceptance. Described use cases do not imply that every function is available or included in one price.
Examples and demonstrations
Product screens and example businesses use fictional data. They are for understanding the proposed experience, not for live work allocation, personnel tracking, emergency response, compliance decisions, payroll, payments or access control. Production capabilities require agreed implementation and testing.
Enquiry messages
The contact form prepares a message for your email application. It does not send an enquiry, place an order or make a booking automatically. You review and send the message yourself. Opening an email draft does not guarantee delivery.
Branding and external services
Work Command branding and website material belong to their respective owners. Third-party fonts retain their applicable open-source licences. References to other services do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Supplier credentials concern the named company; they do not certify the software or guarantee procurement approval.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Commercial service terms are agreed separately.
Changes
Website content and illustrative functions may be updated. Refer to the agreed project scope for deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance requirements.
